Photos and videos help us understand the issue and determine the likely source of the problem.

This allows us to identify the most appropriate solution, whether that's troubleshooting, a replacement part, a repair or a replacement product.

For some warranty claims, evidence of the defect is required before we can proceed. If the requested photos or videos aren't provided, it may not be possible for us to repair or replace the product.
