The warranty does not cover problems caused by:

• Damage that is not the result of a defect in materials or workmanship

• Failure to follow the instructions or guidelines provided with your product

• Using the product in an environment that isn't suitable for it

• Failure to properly maintain the product according to our instructions

• Reasonable wear and tear

• Cosmetic damage, including scratches and dents

• Broken plastic on ports, cords or controllers, unless the failure was caused by a defect in materials or workmanship
