Koanna® electronic products purchased directly from us come with a 24-month limited warranty.

The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and maintenance.

Depending on the issue, we may repair the product, replace a defective part or provide a replacement product.

The warranty does not cover issues caused by misuse, failure to follow the product instructions, normal wear and tear, or certain types of cosmetic or physical damage.
