The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that occur during normal use and maintenance during the 24-month warranty period.

If your product has a covered defect, Koanna® may, at no charge:

• Repair the product using new or refurbished replacement parts

• Replace a defective part

• Provide a replacement product

• In certain circumstances, provide a refund at our discretion

The solution will depend on the nature of the issue and what we determine to be the most appropriate way to resolve it.
