You have a 14-day right to cancel after receiving your order. During this time, you can open and inspect the product only as far as needed to check it, as you would in a shop, and return it with all original packaging, accessories and components.

The Infrared Sauna Blanket also comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee, so you can use it and return it within 30 days if it doesn't meet your needs (one unit per customer).

Hygiene products (the LED Mask, Sauna Insert, Red Light Therapy Bandage and Herbal Heat Patch) can only be returned unopened and unused, with the hygiene seal intact.

Return shipping for non-faulty items is the customer's responsibility. If your product is faulty or incorrect, we'll cover the return shipping.
